Land - Yeah it is ours

Talk about fate, we went to Clarendon a few weeks ago to talk to a great salesman about the house we wanted fitting on our land and he found us a bigger better block. Soooo we backed out of the first block on Heaton Avenue and now are building a house at Doncaster Avenue Claremont Meadows. Block is 766sqms with a slight slope but will be filled to be flat with a small retaining wall at the back. So we will end up with a great new house a bigger block of land and a flat back yard - Yeah. Joe is the man lol. I do believe in fate.

The land settled on the 30th of March and we are off to see Clarendon again about our options.

We have picked the Kirribilli and just need to work out the numbers if we can afford it and off we go.
